I’m 28 weeks, been having random sharp pains on my lower belly. Does this mean anything?

Sounds like Braxton Hicks. Call your doctor before going to ER.

Its possible its braxon hicks but personally i feel that you should immediately go to your doc if possible or straight to the ER especially if they are real painful to be on the safe side.
