Currently 19 weeks 4 days pregnant. For the past two days I’ve felt off with high blood pressure. Not really feeling baby move and I’m worried.

Call your ob. They say not to worry about no movement until 25+ weeks because before that the baby is still small and you can’t do count kicks yet.

No, the ER would just put you into contact with a bunch of sick people. You're better off calling your regular doctor first. At 19 weeks, movement isn't regular so that's not something to be too concerned about yet :)
