Too soon?

Feel a bit silly asking but can babies advance too quickly? My boy is ten days old and has been able to hold his head up since birth and now he is rolling from front to back. (Almost back to front) I’m worried his ability to move so well could get him stuck somewhere. I fear leaving him for even a few minutes to pee because I come back and he’s moved across his entire crib. I’m scared he’ll flip to his front and not get back. I know it’s silly and I’m being paranoid but other mommas must have strong babies too. What do y’all do to keep them from moving? Am I just being ridiculous??
