Projectile vomit. When does it become concerning? 5 months old

And I just threw his car seat in the wash cause he threw up more han this in there. He’s diarrhea 3 times today. Isn’t eating the best. No temp.

Um when its projectile, its worrisome. This is worrisome. Anything more than spit up is concerning.
