Cold symptoms?

So today all of a sudden I feel like I'm catching a cold.. Does anybody else feel like this?

Yes I've been battling a viral throat infection for about 2 weeks plus I have a wicked cough that's starting to make my chest hurt really bad. Hope it clears up soon it's bad enough being pregnant but it's summer too!
