Long-term bf question
So ive been really loving breastfeeding my daughter lately. The first month was hard, the by 2 months it was okay, but now shes 10 weeks and i absolutely love the bond and everything about it. My goal was to bf for a year, but now im thinking i may want to go to 18 months. My question is, how does breastfeeding work at that age? Not just 18 months but like 6 months and beyond when breastmilk isnt their only food source? Do you just do it at night or whenever they want it or?
