5 weeks and a day!  Due 11/16.  Is anyone telling people? We decided to tell our closest friends and parents...

I’m waiting until after my first ultrasound to tell anyone. My husband really needs to see it first after suffering two miscarriages.  I have an early one schedule because of the previous MC so that will be at 6w1d.

We always tell our immediate family (parents and siblings) pretty much right away, as well as our best friends. The first time we were so excited (and it was around the holidays so hiding not drinking would have been tricky), and the others times it was for support. Unfortunately we have had 3 losses and were so thankful for their support each time, and that they have shared in our joy each time even though it was for short times. This time they have gotten to share in our excitement at our early ultrasound and a strong heartbeat! Extended family and our larger groups of friends and social media won't happen until the second trimester.

We havent told everyone for this is our rainbow baby and i am high risk however my belly has grown and it is difficult to hide but we are praying for a healthy baby and we plan to announce our bundle of joy to more family ans friends in a month

Due date twins! We told my older sister, his brother and sister in law (who’s 16weeks) and a few of my close coworkers. We’re waiting to tell our parents/my younger siblings until Easter (I’ll be 10 weeks) and then the rest of the world on mother’s day when I’ll be 13 weeks.
