Light headed and low blood pressure?

I’m 5 weeks and 2 days and have been feeling really light headed and dizzy the past few days. I checked my bp today and it was 112/51. Is anyone else feeling this? 😩

Yap, that’s my natural everyday blood pressure, If I drink 3-5 cups of coffee it increases to 120, right now I’m 4 weeks, so I only drink one cup, but sometimes I feel sick of coffee smell..
