I am 35 weeks & 6 days and had this since yesterday. I evaluate my feet and ankles and it seems to not work in my favor. Tips would definitely be appericated 😊

The only thing that worked for me was to stop wearing shoes. I am lucky I had an amazing boss who let me wear flip flops for my last month and half of work and it made a huge difference.

I’ve been soaking in Epsom salt for 20-25 minutes in a full bath tub with about 2 cups every night or every other night. It isn’t magic but it does help some

Stay hydrated, keep them elevated, maybe compression socks? Try to watch the sodium you take in as well 😊
