So me and my husband have custody of his daughter. She’ll be 5 on April 7. She goes with her mom every other weekend and this was just her weekend. Our little one comes back and had invitations to her birthday her mom is having. On the invite it only said daddy, grandma titi and memow. Me or our 4 month old daughter weren’t invited. I told my husband that I think it’s pretty ugly of her todo that. I would never just invite her mom and not her. I started to cry because it hurt my feelings she’ll do something like that. Our soon to be 5 year old tell me “I told my mommy I wanted you to come and she said NO”

Is it wrong of me to ask him to message her and say “ thanks for the invite but since the rest of my family wasn’t invited I won’t be attending “? Or should I just let it go.
