Cleft lip ??

Hello Ladies, I’m 30 Weeks with my 1st baby. On Saturday I went to get a 3D ultrasound. I loved it cus I got to see my baby smiling, However I’m a little confused. The minute the ultrasound tech focus on the baby I saw a possible cleft lip on my baby’s face. I asked her but she said it was her hand and stuff around it but it’s so weird that it clearly looks like a cleft lip in some pictures and then in others it look ok. I’m just beyond confused. I had my anatomy scan at 20 weeks and doctors never told me anything about it. I can’t wait to see my doctor to ask them. Would they have detected the cleft lip ? What do you ladies think?
