19w3d Braxton Hicks???

Question

So this morning I had a little bleeding after straining a little going to the bathroom. That stopped after a few wipes but since then I’ve been having gas/period like cramps off and on. I’ve read Braxton Hicks can feel like that but I just didn’t think I could get them this soon, especially being a FTM. Anyone else experience anything like this??

Last week at my normal ultrasound appointment, the tech wanted to see if I would be at risk for having premature labor so once my ultrasound was done they performed the internal 1 and that when the tech had stop and said I was having an Braxton hicks and I didnt even know. She said it common to have 1 after using the bathroom.

As far as I know Braxton hicks fell like tightening/pressure around your midsection. If it's crampy feeling it's probably from straining or your uterus growing.
