Hi ladies just wondering what your hcg levels were at 4 weeks im feeling a little concerned about mine as they're only 362

Only 362? Seriously you are fine. At 4 weeks average is about 150 but can be anywhere from 50 to 500. I don't know how far a long I am considering when I got  a positive it was 10 days past my expected AF so wondering if I ovulated late. Anyway my hcg levels were 101. I have to go back Monday to see if they are rising since I have a history of miscarriages. I don't think you should be worried. Your numbers are beyond where they should be.
