Start taking a prenatal vitamin. Make sure it has DHA and folic acid in it. Also, CONGRATS MAMA!!💚💚💚😁😍

Start prenatals asap, no smoking, no drinking, no contact sports. Drink TONS of water every day! Most doctors dont want you lifting more than like 30 lbs, but I'd ask your doctor to see what their preference is. You'll probably spot a little bit! Dont be worried it's normal:). Cramps are completely normal! Unless their followed by bright red blood. Dont expect to have tons of symptoms,  not everyone does! Doesnt mean anything's wrong with the baby! Otherwise congrats!!and enjoy your pregnancy:).
