So iam 6 weeks and I have even more back pain now I have herniated discs on my spine from my neck to the ending of my spine now what really hurting me is the middle of my back it feels like if some one is drilling a nail in to my spine

So does any one have any suggestions what I can do to help my pain also if I can take any tynonal if so how much can I take cuz iam really can't take this pain any longer
