Miscarriage #6 is looming around the corner

Really strong bfp for 4 days! Got results back from hcg... first test 38... second test 42. 😞 took another test and it has gotten lighter. I feel like my heart is being squeezed and is about to burst. Has anyone had luck with hcg levels not doubling?
