So I'll be two weeks post-partum tomorrow..3rd baby, vaginal no tear..I've actually slowed down a lot on bleeding..I plan to get a tubal next month..Anyone started exercising yet? If so what did you do? How long postpartum did you wait to have intercourse?💛
