I eat cold sandwiches :) you have the same very low chances of listeria from fruits, veggies and soft serve ice cream. I eat just about whatever I want.

I would be weary of a premade sandwich, if that’s what you’re asking. However, those make me a little nervous when I’m not pregnant. They can sometimes sit for a few days. Otherwise, if it’s fresh made, go for it.

I was craving turkey so bad, I had to make a trip to subway yesterday. 😂 I just got them to toast it for me. My doctor said it’s safe just try to warm it up first as a precaution. 😊

I would heat up the meat for sure. My OBGYN told me that her daughter lost her baby at 24 weeks due to lysteria. It wasn't from meat but you can NEVER be too careful!
