I’m so sick

I have had a bad head cold since Sunday. I went to urgent care today but they said it’s just a cold . Drink fluid blah blah . But now I’m nauseated from not eating but throwing up anything I try to eat plus have a headache from sleeping too much .

I don’t know what to do I’m so miserable
