What could this be?

I’ve been talking VITEX for almost 2 weeks, started Cycle day 1 for irregular periods. Last period ended last Tuesday. Glow says I ovulate this Saturday but I didn’t track this month bc I’ve been so busy. Went to the bathroom and saw this? What could it be?
