Opks, cervical mucus, and the month we conceived I drank Pink Stork fertility tea before ovulation and for a couple days after.

I had the app and we used preseed lubrication, got pregnant the first month we added the preseed, 3 months total

None of those things as you really don’t need them. I got pregnant straight after I forgot about my cycle. According to research you’re most likely to get pregnant sooner if you just have enjoyable sex at least twice a week every week and don’t try to track. It’s really quite straight forward and a lot of these things are just gimmicks or are harder to work than the manufacturers make out. Getting pregnant just takes sex, being fertile and a lot of luck :) x

Just had sex a couple times when the app indicated I should and got pregnant our first month trying. Factors that may or may not have impacted it: we’re both vegan, he’s sober, I quit drinking months before and only was a one glass of wine a month drinker before that, I don’t drink coffee, we’re both active weight lifters in decent shape, we use sliquid brand lube which is sperm safe, and I started taking a prenatal about 2 months before starting to try.
