You can’t tell hair in a 3D picture only 2D. It shows up as little spikes around their head. 
This is my son’s picture that’s the back of his head. He came out with a whole head full of thick hair.

It doesn't really look like it to me. We could see the little strands in our ultrasound where this is like an overall shadowed area
