Anyone experienced this before???

So, I’ve been pregnant twice before... I just had a miscarriage at 9 weeks in November of 2018. I was feeling kind of off this month and was wondering if I could possibly be pregnant again but then I think my period came. Slightly early and it only lasted three days. I never bled more than enough for a panty liner. This has NEVER happened to me in the history of ever and I’ve had my period for twelve years. I always bleed at LEAST six days and I can neeeever get away without wearing a winged pad. I want to think that maybe it was heavy implantation bleeding BUT I had some back cramps (that I usually get with my period) on the second day for a few hours. They were no where near as bad as they usually get but they definitely felt different from the mostly uterus isolated cramps I get while pregnant. Also, I always get immediate relief from bloating after my period and this time I’m still very bloated. Now I’m terrified that I’m going into early ovarian failure. Can anyone share their experiences on this and what it turned out to be?? I know it could just be a weird period but this has never happened before, not even after my other miscarriage. And my periods directly after the MC in November were completely normal.
