Miscarriage???

Question

So I am six weeks and two days and I started bleeding in the afternoon I have had three miscarriages in the past and am worried I’m losing this baby too. I haven’t bled much but I talked to a doctor and she said she scheduled our appointment to be sooner but that’s all. Is this just uterus growth bleeding or miscarrying?

Is it just brown? Usually miscarriage blood is bright bright red like period blood.

Update, got told I miscarried and then at my doctors appointment they said they dunno if I miscarried or if they estimated how far along I am wrong and I’m bleeding because there’s fluid between the gestational sac and yok sack

It’s so hard to know I’ve had red blood during healthy pregnancy’s brown and pink I’ve also had 2miscarriges one started with brown blood the other red but the cramps that came with the miscarriage were bad but the bleeding in the healthy pregnancy’s came with no cramping hope all is ok ❤️
