Worried. Still haven't felt her kick.

I'm finally 19 weeks! I'm worried about her because I still haven't felt her kick. Well more like I don't know how it feels when a baby kicks, since she's my first. My doctors said it's normal to not feel it, plus we had her heartbeat checked on Wednesday, 154 bpm. I always have pressure near my spine and lower tummy area. 😵 Am I worrying for no reason?
