AF due Sept 9th!

Hi all! Is anyone at the start of a new cycle? Hate this part, trying to pick myself up & be positive again!! AF due around the 9th September but my cycles can vary so that may change! This is our 6th cycle after a miscarriage in March. I'm currently doing a 10 day detox cleanse that my acupuncturist has recommended to try improve my cycles! Hopefully it works! Would love to hear from anyone with a similar cycle so we can get through the month together! X
