What do you feed your one year old?

My baby has been drinking watered down apple juice (like 1 part juice to 2-3 parts water), plain water or milk. Pb&js or grilled cheese for lunch, goldfish, peanut butter or cheese crackers, cucumbers, bananas, dry waffles or pancakes. And pretty much anything I eat since she’s not super picky. Pastas, mac n cheese, chicken, mashed potatoes, fresh green beans. Loved string cheese.

I recently googled this exact thing. :) Interested to see what others post. 
My baby turns one in a few weeks. She still breastfeeds a few times a day and is transitioning from purées to finger foods. We’ve been transitioning for a long time now...she eats really slow, tends to feed most of her plate to the dog, etc, so I give her purées if I’m concerned that she hasn’t eaten enough for the day.
She eats (we are vegan): black beans, tofu, apples, carrots, spinach, broccoli, sweet potatoes, grapes, avocado, banana, nut butters, rice, and any other fruits and veggies we may have around. She drinks water and breast milk. And she loves “puffs” as a snack. 
Our struggle is mostly about getting her to eat the quantity in finger foods that she is capable of eating in puréed form.

She can literally eat anything you're eating. It's strange to me why so many parents get so confused over something so basic 🤦🏻‍♀️ Our daughter has been eating exactly what we're eating since we started solids at 6 months. For drinks, she should only be drinking water and milk. Never any juice. It doesn't matter if it says "toddler" on the bottle and it doesn't matter if it's watered down. She doesn't need juice.
