Baby won’t survive 😔😔

Went in today for my anatomy scan and found out baby girl has anencephaly I’m terrified idk if I’m strong enough to carry her to term how do I explain to my four year old son that his sister won’t be coming home I can I carry her and feel her movements and knowing I’m going to lose her 😢😢😢😢😢 I’m 19 weeks idk what to do....
