C section today- growth restricted baby

Hi ladies!

Having my little one 12 days earlier than our 39 week scheduled c section. I’m 37w2d. Tuesday we went for our 37 week visit and last ultrasound and she was in the 3rd percentile. Went straight to a hi risk obgyn for a second opinion (my doctor encouraged this- love her!) and sure enough, baby wasn’t growing. Not only that, but my placenta is calcifying/aging too quickly and (apparently this is a thing) my placental “blood pressure” is elevated, meaning it’s working overtime with little results. Long story, but we are meeting baby girl today! She’s around 5Lb 5oz— has anyone had an experience with a baby this small/early? Worried about NICU time and her lung/blood sugar health.
