Should I go in for the blood test or wait?

Long story short my husband and I have been TTC for 2 1/2 years. I have PCOS and he has low sperm count, so we have a double-whammy. We had an

last month that failed. The day that I went in for my blood test, my period started a few hours later. We had another

IUI

this month and I was supposed to go in for my blood test yesterday if I didn’t start my period. I’ve been so nervous about going back in because last time my period started after. My period still hasn’t started and I’m trying to determine whether or not to just wait it out or just go get the blood test. As far as symptoms go, My breasts are two sizes bigger and so sore to touch. My body temperature is a little over 1 1/2° higher than normal. And there’s a lot of gas 😳 I had a little bit of brown tint when I wiped this morning but it has soince gone away. I guess I need a little bit of encouragement! We’ve been through the ringer and would love to finally add to our family ❤️
