Is anyone else frustrated with constant hunger?

Doing all the things... drinking tons of water, eating high fiber/high protein/healthy carbs... lots of fruits and veggies with nut butter or Greek yogurt with granola. Whole grain cereals... protein shakes (DR approved) or protein bars... not too keen on meat right now but I eat veggie burgers or turkey... and almost nothing satisfies me. Or it doesn’t last long if I do get full. 😫

Then I have moments of screw it and I just want to eat a whole pizza or something.
