Single twin mom

I’m 26, Single mom of twin boys, 4 months old :) they are happy and healthy but I’m struggling. I’m poor af right now and they suddenly started needing all of my attention they get bored so easily! Any tips on how to entertain them until I can get toys and bouncers in the first?? They roll but don’t sit up yet. They can kinda grab stuff but not really. They like the tv but I’m trying to avoid it at all costs it’s never even on during the day. And I have no help until 6pm when my mom gets home. They inly have been sleeping for about an hour at a time and Never at the same time during the day. I can’t get anything done!
