Help!

I have been breastfeeding my baby girl since she was born and now shes 9 months exactly. I am having trouble trying to introduce a bottle/ sippy cup. She'll play with it and chew on it, but once she feels any liquid come out she'll spit it out and stop playing with it (even if its breastmilk). She depends on my brest milk 100% because solids weren't her favorite. It has been really hard to get some free time because she wants to eat every 2-3 hours, so basically I don't go out by myself. Is there any advice you can give me to try to get her to use a bottle or cup? That way I can pump!
