Any suggestions for sleeping better?
I haven't been able to sleep the past week...obviously there's the peeing every 2 hours plus being thirsty all night long which doesn't help... But I've also been aching at night.. My shoulders, my hips, now my ankles?? I toss from side to side, but it doesn't do much to relieve the aching. I have a pregnancy body pillow, but I stopped using it for now because it only seemed to make things worse. Now Ive been sleeping with a pillow between my legs, but I don't feel like that's helping much either. Can anyone help an exhausted new mommy out??😩😩
