Is that a faint positive or ???? HELP.

Period is late by 2-4 days. About 2 weeks ago I was having sore boobs like literally a seatbelt couldn’t even touch them with out hurting , nausea vomited one , headaches. Fatigue and now I’m experiencing hot flashes it feels like. I wiped about 2 days ago and had pink traces but now only see brown. I know it’s not spotting. before my period that never happens and I haven’t experienced period like cramps only very light cramps. Ive taken a blood test and pregnancy test but period is like clockwork. The last 2 were negative. Has anyone experienced all pregnancy symptoms with late period and no positive pregnancy test????
