Getting Fit in 2019
Hi Everyone!
My husband and I have been TTC #3 for a WHILE. We just moved to a new city and daycare is 2x as expensive here. Even though he got a promotion, that means we can't afford daycare for three kids. We talked today and it's getting put on hold again (for the third time). I got my period today, and I'm definitely disappointed, but I'm also clear-headed enough to know it will happen (or not) eventually and that will be fine.
Instead I'm going to focus on me, and on my relationship with my husband and our kids. I'm going to take time for myself, and lose 15 pounds. I want to get back down to my 28" waist! We went hiking last weekend, and instead of eating some Been & Jerry's and moping today about af, I worked out for the first time since our move. I did about 25 minutes of cardio and legs. I thought this was my year to finally have a girl, but instead I'm going to make it my year to get fit and be the best woman I can be!
