Anyone else getting Braxton Hicks??

I'm 16w4d and I'm feeling them already as well as pressure... Anyone else feeling this?? I have an appt tomorrow... Gonna try and jus sleep through it.

So I was told by my doctor to drink more water, at least 10 glasses a day. The tightening can be a sign of dehydration even though I drink nothing but water all day...

This is my first baby but from what I’ve read and understand I’m pretty sure this is the same pain you’re talking about. It feels like a period cramp all throughout my back and my stomach 😩 I’m pretty sure I’m gonna have back labor like my mom and grandma
