HcG levels!

Got a question for people here. Just got my results back and my hcg levels are 7,000. My last period was over 2 months ago and the nurse asked if I was bleeding and I’m not. Is that low for maybe 5-7 weeks pregnant? What was your levels throughout the first trimester? I don’t want to worry too much but this is my second pregnancy after a miscarriage 😔
