What is the most you have pumped?

I have (thankfully) an oversupply. But how much is (too much?) From one breast? I usually get at least 9oz but sometimes as much as 14!!!

Did you try to get an oversupply? Oversupply can be just as bad as under supply because of the need to keep up with pumping before getting engorged. 14 ounces from one side definitely is a lot and babe will never drain both breasts with 14 ounces from both sides. If you’re pumping I would slowly cut sessions out.

I think most I ever pumped was 12oz together. And that was from 10p to 6am.

Wow that's a lot! I would say that's too much, sounds uncomfortable to me! The most I've gotten from one breast is 6oz the first night she slept through the night and went to bed on time so that breast hadn't been emptied in like 13 hours. Normal sessions I get 4-5oz from both breasts.

I agree with Marcy. The most I think I’ve gotten is 7-8oz total. I was averaging 5-6oz total, which is still a lot I think. I just got my first period and am down to 3-4oz total now.
