FTM breastfeeding and drinking question

Please keep judgements down I’m a FTM

My fiancé and I are going on our first alone date since the baby has been born and we went to karaoke once a week before getting pregnant. If i drink do I need to pump and dump when I get home? Or what are the rules on drinking while breastfeeding? Obviously I know I don’t come home and feed the baby on my boob I have plenty of milk storage but I’d hate to throw away milk if I don’t need to. Help anyone?
