So we just found out DH has low sperm count (about 8 mil/mL). We have been TTC for 10 months. He’s not ready to see a urologist until he tries to make some lifestyle changes (cut back on smoking, drinking, and start exercising). Even with lifestyle changes, it could take 3+ months to see any improvement. We’re in our early 30s so I’m anxious to start a family. So, I NEED to hear about success stories of getting pregnant naturally with similarly low sperm count. Please give me some hope! 🙏
