Does everyone spot while pregnant? Can you be pregnant and not spot at all?

I spotted thru week 10 or 11 with my first. I was told I had a sensitive cervix and the blood was coming from the outside not the inside and that calmed my nerves. Try to see a doctor early on if you can just to ease the nerves

The two are not mutually exclusive. Some people spot often some not at all.
