Paranoid?!

I’m on the mini pill which I don’t always take reliably (I know I’m terrible but I’m scared the injection will cause weight gain as I have issues with weight & image) so me and my bf have unprotected sex. We haven’t had sex for over a week and my period is currently 10 days late. I have this weird feeling in my stomach and am nauseous all day. Are they symptoms of early pregnancy? I think it could be my anxiety but I’m not sure.

Either way I’ll take a test, but I want to know the symptoms of early pregnancy just in case?
