Can anyone recommend a 100% reliable baby monitor. That is very touchy to sound?

We have a Motorola monitor that is audio only and both units have to be plugged in. I think it was around $40. It has the lights at the top to let you know how severe the crying is.

We have the "Summer Infant In View Digital Video Monitor" and love it. Even if you have the volume turned down there's a sensor bar at the top of the video screen that goes from green to yellow and up to red, red indicating crying or screaming typically. We got it for around $80 on sale at Walmart but I just checked and it's currently selling for $97, you may be able to find it for less somewhere else though.
