35 weeks with flu

Teacher here and my lovely kiddos passed along the new strain of flu and I also have a sinus infection.. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I’m on tamiflu and an anti bac for the sinus infection, but I wasn’t told at what point I should be concerned about my temperature. When I went in my temperature was just over 99, now I’m fluctuating around 100. At what point is a high temperature a concern this late in pregnancy? ***i thought being pregnant was exhausting but this is a totally new type of exhaustion!! TIA 🙃
