Oh my god. It was last period so I went home and told my mom and then the next day I went straight to the principle and told him exactly what happened. The school cop got involved and I filed a police report. 

They told me and my mom that I was being over dramatic and a bully and I was judging him by the way he dresses and the fact that he's in special Ed. 

They told me to not speak to anyone about it and to keep my mouth shut. I told them that if they didn't make sure he wasn't going to be here on senior day I would tell everyone including news stations and I would make sure A lot of people weren't going to show up to school. They stared at me for a while and said okay we're done here and I went back to class. They expelled him. I'm sorry but when someone MAKES A THREAT TO KILL PEOPLE SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE. I should not have to threaten my authority at school with the public eye in order for them to act on it. I will probably homeschool my kids now because of this expirence. To this day I cannot believe how they reacted to this.
