Sleep Regression help
What did you do to help your child during this time? Mine is just hitting 4 months, we are on day 3 and already so exhausted. Normally I would do a last feeding, let him fall asleep in my arms, I give him his paci, and then he falls asleep and I put him in his crib. Does this need to change now? I also have to constantly put his paci back in his mouth about 3 times a night so he can go back to sleep.
