Probably dumb but....

Hey ladies this is probably a really stupid question but, I've had aching and cramping off and on all day (more so this evening) but it isn't to painful but more aches than anything ( in my pelvic region, not on my ovaries) and creamy CM all day. Could this be a "good" sign of implanting or am I overthinking things?? Thank you! Oh and I'm about 5dpo
