Worried About Stress
My stress levels have been pretty high lately. And I know it’s affecting the baby because ever since my stress spiked to a new level, little one has been A LOT more active.
I can’t really get rid of any of the stressors, most of it is just wait and see at the moment.
My usual go-to stress relief isn’t really an option at the moment. Long drives aren’t a thing anymore because I’m unfamiliar with the area and don’t want to get lost in the middle of Montana with no cell service. Bubble baths aren’t an option because I share a house with 2 men (fiancé and his friend) and no matter how much I clean the tub, I’ll still feel like it’s dirty. Shopping can’t happen, trying to save money/there’s no where to shop. And I can’t hang out with friends because I have none in this town.
Anyone have any advice for relieving stress? Before I lose it? Or my baby is hurt by it?
