This is just a curiosity poll. A while back my roommate and I were watching TV and a commercial for a jewelry company came on and it was a man asking for permission to marry her. It ended up being her son, not her dad. And my roommate said “I was about to be mad but that was really cute”.

So that just got me thinking, how many of you would prefer for your significant other to ask your parents to propose to you? And how many of you have spouses that did that?

I’ve never given it much though other than that’s not what I would want.
